Event-Based & Time-Sensitive Orders?

Accepted Answer

Orders intended for events, product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, or other time-sensitive uses require advanced planning to accommodate production, quality control, and shipping timelines. While Punk Hous will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet requested timelines, delivery by a specific event date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Do you have a catalog?

We are working on building a backend system on our website. We make over 214 skus including art and graphic design packages, packaging, promotional items, and apparel. Until that page is live, please email us or give us a call at 619-780-7865 so we can give you a custom quote.

Question 6

What are your payment terms and accepted forms of payment?

Accepted Answer

Custom design services are billed at $100 per hour, revision time is also billed at the same rate. Brand consulting and creative branding services are billed at $250 per hour. Final payment must be received and cleared before products are released or shipped. Preferred Payment Methods include ACH transfer, Wire transfer, Business check or cashiers check, Additional Payment Methods (Accepted at Punk Hous Discretion), Credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Cash

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the custom-made nature of Punk Hous products, all sales are final once production has begun. As a result, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, event timing, or preference. Returns or exchanges may be considered solely in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors that result in non-conformance with the final, Customer-approved proofs and specifications. The issue must be reported in writing within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of goods.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities vary per product. We have MOQs for apparel and promotional items starting as low as 100 pieces. Custom packaging has higher MOQs starting usually around 250-500 per box (size dependent). Custom mylar bag quantities start at 1000 for digital print and 5000 for plate print.

Do you offer samples, proofs, or pre-production reviews?

Yes. Punk Hous provides digital mockups and proofs prior to production for all custom projects. These mockups represent layout, artwork placement, treatments, and overall design intent and are provided for Customer review and approval before production begins.

What does custom printed packaging cost?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the design, material, treatments, closure, construction, and shipping method selected. Some elements can cost as little as $.05 each up to $50 each landed on average. It all depends on what is being produced, shipping method needed, etc.

What are mold fees?

Certain products have shape fees, including but not limited to the following products: custom shape mylars, PET inserts, custom jars/lids, dab tools, and custom hat pins.

For mylar printing, these start at $100 per color/treatment.

Depending on the product you want to produce, there may be setup fees. These can be molds, logo fees and other customizations charged by the factory.

What are your lead times for design, production and shipping?

Accepted Answer

Design time can take 30 minutes to 40 hours or more, depending on the needs. Yet a full Dane Holmquist custom illustration can take 40 hours or more to complete. For production, our shortest lead times are 7 days and longest 120. Our shipping timelines can range from 3-8 days to as long as 60 days. We produce 90% of our products overseas, so strategic planning is needed.

What info can you provide regarding shipping options, transit times & tariffs?

With the exception of domestic T-shirt screen printing, all Punk Hous products are manufactured overseas and shipped internationally, most commonly from China. Shipping methods are selected based on project requirements, total shipment weight, production timelines, destination, and cost considerations.

What happens if my order was lost, damaged, incurred shipping delays or additional fees from the shipping carrier?

Punk Hous works with reputable freight forwarders and carriers to minimize the risk of loss or damage during transit. However, shipping loss or damage can occur due to factors outside of Punk Hous control. If an order is lost or materially damaged in transit, Punk Hous will assist in filing a claim with the applicable domestic carrier and international freight forwarder on the Customers behalf.
